Autonix Service Fees & Cancellation Policy
At Autonix, we provide premium, same-day vehicle concierge services. To ensure fairness, reliability, and proper compensation for drivers and partner shops, the following service fees and policies apply:
1. Concierge Pickup & Drop-Off Fee
A $50 concierge pickup & drop-off fee applies to services that require vehicle transportation and is added before checkout.
This fee helps cover driver labor, fuel, scheduling coordination, insurance coverage, and vehicle handling to ensure your vehicle is transported safely and on time.
2. Free Cancellation Window
Cancel or reschedule your service up to 24 hours before pickup at no cost.
3. Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup incur a $25 cancellation fee, which covers driver preparation, route planning, and reserved time slots.
4. No-Shows
If the driver arrives and the vehicle is unavailable or access is denied, a $50 no-show fee will be applied. Rebooking may require an additional fee.
5. Rescheduling
- Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a $15–$25 adjustment fee, depending on service type.
- Rescheduling more than 24 hours in advance is free.
6. Special Circumstances
Fees may be waived for emergencies at Autonix’s discretion. Early communication allows us to better assist you.
7. How Fees Are Applied
All applicable fees are clearly disclosed before checkout and charged to the payment method on file. Fees appear as separate line items on your receipt.
8. Acknowledgement
By booking a service with Autonix, you acknowledge and agree to the concierge fee, cancellation, and no-show policies outlined above.
