1. About Autonix Services
Autonix provides vehicle concierge and related automotive services, including but not limited to vehicle pickup and drop-off, coordination with partner service providers, detailing, maintenance preparation, and other convenience services. Autonix may use independent drivers and third‑party partner shops to fulfill services.
2. Booking & Service Requests
- All services must be booked through an approved Autonix booking form or platform.
- Service availability is subject to confirmation.
- By submitting a booking, you confirm that you are authorized to request service for the vehicle.
3. Pricing & Service Fees
3.1 Concierge Pickup & Drop-Off Fee
A $50 concierge pickup & drop-off fee applies to services requiring vehicle transportation. This fee is disclosed before checkout and added prior to payment. The fee covers driver labor, fuel, logistics coordination, insurance, and vehicle handling.
3.2 Additional Charges
Additional service charges may apply depending on selected services, distance, vehicle type, or special requests. All applicable charges are disclosed before payment.
4. Cancellation, No‑Show & Rescheduling Policy
Autonix’s Service Fees & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Key highlights:
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup
- $25 cancellation fee for late cancellations (within 24 hours)
- $50 no‑show fee if the vehicle is unavailable at pickup
- Rescheduling fees may apply depending on timing

5. Payment Terms
- Payment is required before services are performed unless otherwise stated.
- Fees may be charged automatically to the payment method on file.
- All charges appear as separate line items on your receipt.
6. Vehicle Condition & Access
You agree to:
- Provide accurate pickup and drop‑off information
- Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time
- Remove personal valuables before service
Autonix is not responsible for pre‑existing damage, personal items left in the vehicle, or issues caused by inaccurate information.
7. Third‑Party Providers
Autonix may coordinate services with independent drivers or third‑party automotive service providers. Autonix is not responsible for workmanship performed by third‑party shops, which may be subject to their own terms and warranties.
8. Liability Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Autonix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Autonix’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
9. Delays & Force Majeure
Autonix is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, mechanical issues, emergencies, or events beyond reasonable control.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse Autonix services, provide false information, or interfere with service operations.
11. Modifications to Services or Terms
Autonix may update services, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Autonix operates, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
