1. Engagement

Vendors are independent service providers, not employees of Autonix. You are responsible for all licenses, registrations, and insurance required to perform your services.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, timely, and professional services.
  • Ensure staff or contractors meet legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate service descriptions, pricing, and availability.

3. Platform Use

  • Use the Autonix platform for bookings, scheduling, and communication.
  • Do not manipulate or falsify bookings, ratings, or reviews.
  • Maintain an up-to-date profile, licenses, certifications, and services.

4. Payment & Fees

Vendors receive payment for services rendered according to the agreed rates. Autonix may deduct platform or processing fees as outlined in your vendor agreement. Vendors are responsible for taxes and costs associated with their services.

5. Service Standards & Customer Satisfaction

Vendors must meet Autonix standards for professionalism, cleanliness, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. Repeated complaints may result in suspension or removal from the platform.

6. Liability & Insurance

Vendors are responsible for any damages, loss, or injury resulting from services. Vendors must maintain valid insurance coverage. Autonix is not responsible for vendor-provided services.

7. Termination & Suspension

Autonix may suspend or terminate vendor accounts for complaints, fraud, misrepresentation, illegal activity, or failure to comply with platform rules. Vendors may terminate their account by providing notice and completing any outstanding service commitments.

8. Confidentiality

Vendors must keep all customer and platform information confidential. Sharing information outside of service requirements is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the state in which Autonix operates.

10. Acknowledgment

By registering and providing services on Autonix, vendors acknowledge understanding and agreement with these terms, and commit to professional, reliable, and safe service.
