1. Engagement

Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of Autonix. You must maintain all required licenses, registrations, and insurance to perform services.

2. Service Standards

Provide professional, timely, and courteous service.
Handle customer vehicles carefully and safely.
Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Report any incidents, damages, or customer complaints immediately.

3. Vehicle Access & Liability

Ensure vehicles are accessible and authorized for service.
Liable only for damage caused by negligence or improper handling.
Not responsible for pre-existing damage or mechanical issues.

4. Termination for No-Show

If a driver fails to appear for a scheduled service without notice, Autonix reserves the right to terminate the driver’s access to the platform immediately.

5. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the state in which Autonix operates.

6. Acknowledgment

By accepting assignments through Autonix, drivers acknowledge understanding and agreement with these terms, and commit to professional, safe, and reliable service.
