Dealer Application & Verification

Creating an account does not automatically make someone a verified dealer. Autonix reviews the dealership license and business information before inventory can be published.

Monthly Billing

Paid Dealer plans renew automatically each month through WooCommerce and Subscriptions for WooCommerce by WP Swings until cancelled. If a subscription is cancelled, expires, or goes on hold, the dealer account returns to the Free Dealer 5-vehicle limit. Existing vehicle records are not deleted.

Featured Vehicle Promotion

$9.99 for 14 days or $19.99 for 30 days. Featured vehicles receive a badge and priority placement, then automatically return to normal placement when the promotion ends.

Dealer Verification Requirements

Autonix does not accept a dealership as verified based on account signup alone. Required information includes legal business name, dealership name/DBA, authorized representative, business phone and physical address, dealer license number, issuing state, license expiration, dealer type, and an uploaded copy of the dealer license. Autonix reviews the application before public dealer inventory is enabled.

Dealer Rules

• Provide legitimate dealership/business information.
• Dealer verification may be required.
• Only advertise vehicles you own or are authorized to sell.
• VIN, year, make, model, mileage, price and photos must be accurate.
• Advertised pricing and required fees must be truthful and disclosed.
• Sold vehicles must be marked sold or removed promptly.
• No duplicate, fraudulent or misleading listings.
• Plan limits apply to active inventory.
• Accounts exceeding limits must remove inventory or upgrade.
• Autonix may suspend abusive or misleading accounts.
