Automotive Service Experience
Work directly with customers and their vehicles while helping coordinate professional automotive services.

Important: This Is a Hands-On Position
Autonix Service Advisors are not limited to office work or sales responsibilities. Team members may be assigned to pick up customer vehicles, drive them to automotive service locations, return vehicles to customers, and perform interior vehicle detailing. Applicants must be comfortable performing these duties as part of their position.
Service Advisor Responsibilities
Customer Service & Service Sales
- Communicate professionally with customers.
- Assist customers with automotive service bookings.
- Explain available automotive services and pricing.
- Recommend appropriate service upgrades and add-ons.
- Coordinate appointments with approved service providers.
- Manage assigned customer leads and service requests.
- Provide updates regarding vehicle service progress.
- Follow Autonix customer service procedures.
Customer Vehicle Transportation
- Pick up vehicles from customer-approved locations.
- Drive customer vehicles to approved service facilities.
- Transport vehicles to dealerships, repair shops, and detailing facilities.
- Return customer vehicles after service completion.
- Inspect and document vehicle condition before and after transportation.
- Record mileage and report existing vehicle damage.
- Follow assigned pickup and delivery schedules.
- Operate customer vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
Interior Vehicle Cleaning & Detailing
- Vacuum vehicle seats, carpets, and floor mats.
- Clean dashboards and interior panels.
- Wipe down door panels and interior surfaces.
- Clean interior windows and mirrors.
- Remove ordinary trash when authorized.
- Perform basic interior vehicle detailing.
- Inspect vehicle cleanliness before customer return.
- Handle customer belongings with care.
- Follow approved vehicle cleaning procedures.
Daily Operations
- Follow assigned work schedules.
- Communicate with Autonix dispatch.
- Update vehicle pickup and delivery statuses.
- Complete required vehicle inspections.
- Document completed service assignments.
- Report vehicle concerns or customer issues.
- Maintain professional conduct while representing Autonix.
- Assist with other assigned concierge duties.
Driver Qualifications & Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Driving record that meets company and insurance requirements.
- Ability to safely operate automatic-transmission vehicles.
- Comfortable driving different vehicle makes and models.
- Willingness to transport customer vehicles.
- Ability to follow GPS navigation and assigned routes.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Professional customer communication skills.
Vehicle Safety Standards
- Follow all applicable traffic laws.
- Never operate customer vehicles without authorization.
- Report accidents, damage, or vehicle concerns immediately.
- Respect customer property and personal belongings.
- Complete required pickup and delivery documentation.
- Follow Autonix vehicle handling procedures.
- Operate only vehicles you are authorized and qualified to drive.
Compensation & Growth Opportunities
Compensation will be discussed during the hiring process and may include hourly or other agreed pay, eligible service sales commissions, approved add-on incentives, and performance bonuses. Actual compensation depends on the position, compensation agreement, and performance.
